They may be a little old for pumpkin carving, but we had a lot of fun.I am roasting pumpkin seeds in the oven as we speak, yum.

Nice! Do you guys do ice carving too? If so, I've got a Bar Mitzvah in about 10 years I'm hiring for!
Man, Colton is getting tall!!
We never carved ours, but I think I'm going to dig the seeds out just so I can roast 'em!
